Essential cookies

Sign-in session cookies set by our authentication system (Supabase), which keep you signed in securely between pages and visits.

Security cookies, such as the session cookie that keeps you signed in, which protect against abuse and forged requests.

The "aura_consent" cookie, which mirrors your cookie choice so the server can respect it.

These are strictly necessary for AURA to work and do not require consent. They cannot be switched off.

Your consent choice and local preferences

Your cookie choice is stored in your browser’s local storage under the key "aura.consent.v1" (with the time of your choice under "aura.consent.at") and mirrored in the essential "aura_consent" cookie.

We also use local storage on your device to remember preferences you set, such as your shopping bag, call sounds and dismissed install prompts. Your language is part of the page address. This information stays on your device and is not used to track you.

Optional analytics

If you choose "Accept all", we may use analytics to understand how AURA is used and to improve it: no analytics tool is active at the moment. If we add one, it will be named here before it is used.

If you choose "Essential only", no optional analytics are used.

What we do not use

AURA does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking or social media pixels. Members are never profiled for advertising.

Changing your choice

You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer, or on the Privacy page of the member app. Withdrawing consent stops optional analytics from that point on.

You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser settings; you will then be asked for your choice again and may need to sign in again.
